Pacem Braintracer

Pacem Braintracer is the software realized specifically for the department of Human Physiology of Università degli Studi di Parma.
Developed with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) technology, this program elaborates and translates the voltage values coming from a PCI A/D card bound to a transductor system and then attached to the table of a microscope. Coordinates are this way registered and the researchers can trace and study - using the tools provided by the software - the neuronal maps of the brain slices they're inspecting.
