Pacem.Drawing.Image - GDI+ .Net Component

Version 2.0 of Pacem.Drawing library, totally reengineered using the brand new F# (F-Sharp) technology. We exploited execution parallelization and code asynchronization to gain momentum on performance's aspects (even before the forthcoming releases of PLinq and CLR4).

Actual version stunningly outperforms older version 1.0.1.
